About

Darren’s fascination with magic began at the age of 8 when he would take every opportunity to perform his latest trick to anyone who would watch but it wasn’t until he visited Hamley’s Toy Shop in the summer of 1996 that his passion for magic really took flight.

Making a beeline for the Magic department, Darren stood in awe as magicians performed incredible tricks with seemingly normal objects.

With that feeling of awe fresh in his mind, Darren was more convinced than ever that he wanted to become a magician. At 14 he joined the local magic club and it wasn’t long before he began performing anywhere he could.

Going on to train as an Actor, Darren pursued a career in the theatre where he quickly made a name for himself designing illusions for stage and screen.

Constantly in demand across the country, Darren has built up a reputation for his fresh and exciting approach to magic.
